Public sector experience
Our experience has been gained from working extensively for and with the Ministry of Justice, Highways England, High Speed Two Limited, and Welsh Water. We have either managed or have been part of a team, that have procured large infrastructure civil engineering projects, frameworks, alliances maintenance contracts, ranging in value from £100million up to £7billion.
We have also worked on one of the largest outsourcing projects the government have undertaken in recent times, from a contract management perspective. We offer a senior executive team that possess the right experience at all levels from within complex organisations. We understand how to manage and work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
